Product Overview
Cytokeratin19 Fragment Antigen 21-1(CYFRA21-1) belongs to a family of 20 related polypeptides that are constituents of the intermediate filaments of epithelial cells. Of these CK19 is the most frequently expressed cytokeratin endometrial cancer.
CYFRA21-1 is a common tumor marker of lung cancer,non-small-cell cancer, small cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma. For breast cancer, CYFRA21-1 may be comparable to the sensitivity and specificity of CA153.
Measured jointly with any of the tumor markers as CEA, SCCA, NSE, can increase the sensitivity. Other as bladder cancer, nasopharyngeal cancer, ovarian cancer, gastrointestinal cancer, and also have certain positive rate. CYFRA21-1 in hepatitis, pancreatitis, pneumonia, benign prostatic hyperplasia may also be increased.
Usage
Reconstitute in PBS or others.
Stability
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
Storage
Store it under sterile conditions at -80°C. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -80℃.
Stroage Buffer
The protein solution is in 0.05M phosphate buffer containing 0.15M NaCl and 0.09% NaN3 pH 7.5. Filtered through a 0.13μM membrane
