Product Overview:
Neuropilin 2 (NRP2) is a protein that in humans is encoded by the NRP2 gene. This gene encodes a member of the neuropilin family of receptor proteins. The encoded transmembrane protein binds to SEMA3C protein {sema domain, immunoglobulin domain (Ig), short basic domain, secreted, (semaphorin) 3C} and SEMA3F protein {sema domain, immunoglobulin domain (Ig), short basic domain, secreted, (semaphorin) 3F}, and interacts with vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). This protein may play a role in cardiovascular development, axon guidance, and tumorigenesis. Multiple transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been identified for this gene.
Usage:
Reconstitute in PBS or others.
Stability:
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
Storage:
Store it under sterile conditions at -80°C. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -80℃.
Stroage Buffer:
Lyophilized from 50mM Tris-cl,0.5mM EDTA ,300mM NaCl,pH 9.0
Precautions:
This product is for research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
